This piece is co-owned by famous producer David Geffen and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison. The boat has five stories, with over 24,000 square feet of space, with 82 rooms to accommodate guests and crew. 4. Octopus: This 416 feet gigantic piece is operated by a mere 40 crew members, designed by Espen Oino Naval Architects and built by Lurssen. Standing at $200 million this colossal boat is owned by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft.
